Automotive Sales Consultant

Primary responsibilities include:

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Review specific model options and features along with Priority’s added value service offerings
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Follow through with customers after the sale
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Attend staff meetings, training and other activities as required

Requiredments include:

• Previous sales experience; automotive preferred
• People skills
• Strong written and verbal communication ability
• Good presentation skills
• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Computer and digital knowledge
• Motivated and customer-focused

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are preferred.

Compensation

Our top earning sales consultants make $100,000+ bonuses annually.
