Service Driver

Purpose:

To maintain the highest standards of customer service possible for our clients at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown.

What you will be doing:

  • Pick-up and deliver customer vehicles
  • Keep service area lane clean
  • Park vehicles
  • File Service RO’s
  • Have RO’s signed by a client when picking up and delivering customer vehicle
  • Stock customer refrigerator
  • Other duties assigned by Service Director

What you bring to the role:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to read a map and follow written directions
  • Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent communication skills in person
  • Knowledge of the tri-state area
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean background
  • Clean drug screening

 Working conditions:

  • Some outside work
  • Standing a good part of the day
  • Driving in all types of weather
  • Driving at least 2 hours without stopping
